The 151 Hop On Tour

Route 151, Nelson County

Four stops along the Nelson 151 trail, a quick 45-minute ride out from Charlottesville: cider, beer, wine and spirits, and you choose each one.

The craft beer tour, starting at 5:30: two extended brewery stops, with complimentary water, snacks, and good vibes on the ride between. Minimum eight guests total for the bus to run.

Before you ride

The fine print, plainly.

Ages
All tour participants must be ages 21 and up with valid ID.
Who you ride with
Tours are public and you will accompany an average of 6-8 other participants depending on your own party size.
The loop
The bus runs on an hour loop and will not wait for participants past the scheduled departure time.
Minimum to run
We require at least 6 total tour participants to operate. Not 6 in your group, just 6 total people to run the tour. (The Evening tour's listing says 8.)
Not included
Food, tastings, and driver gratuities.
Weather
Activity takes place rain or shine. Be prepared for inclement weather. You WILL be outside.
Cancelling
ALL cancellations incur a $5 cancellation service fee per seat. 48 hours or more ahead: reschedule, or a full refund minus that fee and the online booking fee. 24 to 48 hours: re-book once. Inside 24 hours: nonrefundable and not re-bookable.
Outside alcohol
Open alcohol not permitted.
Cleaning fee
Don't be that guy or girl. Any bodily fluids will incur a $350 cleaning fee.

We'll pick you up at the stop light behind Three Notch'd Brewery. Feel free to park anywhere suitable in the IX Complex.

By Uber or Lyft: Ask the driver to drop you at the Monticello Ave and Second St SE entrance of IX Art Park; the only entrance with a stop light.
